William ‘Cobra’ Staubs told Timothy Charles Holmseth during interviews that the extended family of HaLeigh Cummings has been “sneaking babies back and forth” for years.

HaLeigh Cummings and Lonzie Barton are cousins.

Staubs said he couldn’t give HaLeigh back to her mother, Crystal Sheffield, because she was a drug addict.

Staubs is the same person that was captured on tape talking to Florida DCF social worker Bonnie Warner about a disc she received in a parking lot that contained secret naked photographs of HaLeigh that featured close-ups of her vagina. Warner admits to receiving the disc, which she says she could not show to her supervisor.

DCF investigators have received a forty-five minute audio interview that contains the voices of three licensed legal professionals in the state of Florida.

The audio is a formal interview of two young women that had been questioned by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office regarding the kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.

The audio has been submitted to DCF Inspector General Keith Parks as further evidence of an underground kidnapping ring in Florida, operated by pedophiles that are coordinating with DCF social workers and others.

I am submitting these recordings as evidence regarding your present investigation that involves FDCF social worker Bonnie Warner and REDACTED as it pertains to the naked photographs of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings and extended matters thereof.

I presume you will forward this to Northeast Interim Regional Managing Director Patricia Medlock.

Below I provided a synopsis for the audio regarding Bonnie Warner.  

I would also add:

I was told by Crystal Sheffield’s victim’s advocate, Wayanne Kruger that she (Kruger) worked for REDACTED law office from her home. Kruger told me REDACTED and REDACTED operated an international baby selling operation that involved selling infants to customers in foreign countries using dossiers through the church. Wayanne explained how REDACTED and REDACTED accessed the young expecting mothers and coerced them into turning the baby over. Wayanne said the baby’s father would be contacted and told he would be criminally charged with rape (falsely accused) if he did not back off and/or sign away his rights.  

The infants were moved through the United States Embassy using false medical documentation. Kruger said a man named John Regan posed as a pastor and was involved in this scheme. Witnesses I interviewed in the HaLeigh Cummings case including Judy Lucia, Donald Knop, Wayanne Kruger, William Staubs, and Richard Grund all told me John Regan identified himself as an undercover FBI agent and/or a police chaplain, and/or a CIA agent during the search for HaLeigh.

According to Wayanne Kruger, John Regan told her he worked undercover as a pedophile to catch other pedophiles. He told Kruger the FBI already had HaLeigh but just wanted to keep it quiet for the time being.

As I have previously stated, my ability to submit media evidence to prove my allegations is phenomenal.

My family has been terrorized by a group staging out of the State of Florida; sanctioned in writing by law enforcement that I can identify; and will be seeking relief through the federal court if this is not addressed and completely rectified on every single level.

According to multiple witnesses I interviewed, REDACTED eventually tricked Kristina Prevatt into losing custody of her child by signing a document she did not understand or something of that nature. See the attached Affidavit of William Staubs regarding that matter.

Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi has sent evidence submitted to her office by Timothy Charles Holmseth, to the Florida Department of Children and Families – Office of the Inspector General and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE).

On September 21, 2015, Bondi’s office contacted Inspector General Keith Parks and the FDLE. “The Florida Attorney General's Office received the attached correspondence from Timothy Holmseth in Minnesota, alleging that he has criminal information about a missing child/child abuse case,” said Becky Kring, deputy director, Office of Citizen Services.

On September 28, Bondi’s office contacted Timothy Holmseth.

“The issues you reported fall within the jurisdiction of Circuit Administration.  As a result, your correspondence was forwarded to Interim Northeast Regional Managing Director Patricia Medlock for review and response to this office by October 16, 2015,” said Anissa F. Pitti, Office of Inspector General.

Timothy Holmseth has submitted audio evidence to Florida law enforcement that captures a DCF social worker on tape discussing a CD she received in a gas station parking lot several months after missing child HaLeigh Cummings was reported vanished.

According to an employee of a South Florida law office, the CD contained secret naked photographs of HaLeigh Cummings that the social worker, Bonnie Warner, openly admits on the tape, she could not show to her supervisor.

The evidence shows there was a secret operation occurring within an underground of government and law enforcement officials that involved pornographic photographs.

Other evidence submitted is a sworn affidavit from an Illinois resident that says she was contacted by the same law firm; given the contact information for a DCF worker named Annette Pitts, and then asked to file (fraudulent) DCF complaints against Ronald Cummings and Misty Croslin. Timothy Holmseth possesses all the emails and AT&T records between the Illinois resident and the South Florida law office.

Timothy Holmseth has also provided transcriptions to Inspector Parks and FDLE Attorney James Martin of audio interviews he conducted in 2009 that might provide clues to law enforcement regarding the disappearance of Lonzie Barton in Jacksonville.

Holmseth conducted interviews with a member the same aforementioned law office that seemed suspicious, because the person nervously brought up DCF; HaLeigh Cummings' mother and grandmother; the missing child Caylee Anthony; and a missing child organization operated by a person with the last name of “Barton”.

Captain Dominic Piscitello, chief investigator, Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, has been the primary point of contact for Florida media to receive information on missing child cases.

On September 24, 2015, Piscitello spoke with ActionNewsJax in Jacksonville regarding the connection between the missing child HaLeigh Cummings and the missing child Lonzie Barton.

Piscitello regularly downplays the connection.

Write Into Action has information that Piscitello is involved in a cover-up of the staged kidnapping of HaLeigh Cummings.

Below is an email exchanged between Piscitello and William Staubs (a.k.a. Cobra the Bounty Hunter). At the time of the email, Staubs was charged with felony false imprisonment by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office.

The email is in regards to a search that had been conducted for HaLeigh Cummings in Baker County.

“Authorities on Friday dug up the remains of a horse and other animals at the Baker County home of one of Haleigh Cummings' grandmothers to ensure that the missing Putnam County girl's body is not among the remains,” reported the Gainesville Sun in June of 2009.

Timothy Charles Holmseth knows Piscitello and Staubs are laughing about it because the whole thing is a big a joke to the people that took HaLeigh and hid her.

Staubs told Timothy Charles Holmseth that Piscitello and Putnam County Sheriff Jeff Hardy were his inside boys at the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office.

Every tip turned in to Crime Stoppers of Northeast Florida may have been accessible to organized crime. The shocking revelation could affect hundreds, if not thousands, of leads over the years.

“The Observer” – a newsletter of Crime Stoppers, which is funded in part by the Office of the Florida Attorney General, presents in a very favorable light, several individuals that have been revealed to be involved in the drug community, human trafficking, and/or distribution of child pornography.  

Bonnie Warner, the Florida DCF social worker at the center of the HaLeigh Cummings child porn scandal was on the Board of Directors of Crime Stoppers of Northeast Florida in 2013.

Warner was captured on tape in 2009 discussing the HaLeigh Cummings case file on the telephone out of her home with William Staubs – a.k.a. Cobra the Bounty Hunter.

Note: Warner is heard discussing the photos at 17:32 on the video.

At the time, Staubs was facing felony false imprisonment charges brought against him by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO).

Staubs told First Coast News a drug dealer from Miami was paying his expenses during his investigations into HaLeigh’s disappearance.

During the taped call, Warner admits to Staubs she received a CD in a gas-station parking lot several months after HaLeigh Cummings was reported missing. The CD, according to Donald Knop, an employee of a South Florida law firm, contained secret naked photographs of HaLeigh.

The photos featured HaLeigh's private parts, which Knop had told Holmseth during the course of several inteviews, appeared to be sexually assaulted.

The secret photos of HaLeigh were handed to Knop by REDACTED in a motel room, which was occupied by several others including Crystal Sheffield, HaLeigh’s mother.

Warner told Staubs she couldn’t show the pictures to her supervisor. Staubs also told Warner there were other photos on the CD that had been faked using using Photoshop so Sheffield would like a good mother that cared about her daughter HaLeigh and posed with her lovingly.

During the telephone conversation, Staubs told Warner that he called the States Attorney’s office and the “state’s attorney guy” was “madder than cooder fucking brown”.

The man Staubs talked to at the States Attorney office was Chris Middleton, an investigator. Middleton was furious at Staubs because Staubs began suggesting to Middleton that perhaps Middelton’s brother, Robbie Middleton, was actually HaLeigh Cummings’ biological father.

Timothy Holmseth (this writer) conducted many recorded interviews with Staubs and members of HaLeigh’s family, including Johnny Sheffield, HaLeigh’s grandpa, and Ruby Kanger, HaLeigh’s step-grandmother, where the Middleton brothers were discussed.

Johnny Sheffield is closely related to Johnny Jack Lauramore, which creates questions about the missing child Lonzie Barton, whose mother is Lonna Lauramore.

Staubs was suggesting that Chris Middleton was involved, on some level, in HaLeigh’s disappearance, and called the States Attorneys office to lean on Chris Middleton to have the felony charge against him dropped or he would start outing the other conspirators.

Staubs told Timothy Holmseth that he called the States Attorneys office and told Chris Middleton he wanted to talk to State Attorney Joseph Boatwright, which he said, caused Chris Middleton to go crazy.

CONSPIRATORS CONNECTED TO CRIME STOPPERS

Staubs, a licensed bail bondsman, had been charged with felony false imprisonment of Daniel Everett Snodgrass, after going to Snodgrass’ home in March of 2009 and arresting him, while the extremely violent event was filmed by Art Harris and subsequently published on You Tube.

The arrest of Snodgrass was a contrived media event that was planned ahead of time by Staubs, Harris, REDACTED, and others during a meeting at the Chili’s restaurant in Palatka, Florida. It was intended to create the false appearance that Snodgrass, an accused child molester free on bond awaiting trial, had raped and murdered HaLeigh Cummings.

Andrew J. Eilermann, the FBI agent that interviewed Timothy Holmseth, said the reason efforts were made to make HaLeigh Cummings appear dead were so people would stop looking for her.

Staubs told Timothy Holmseth he had “authorization” from law enforcement to revoke Snodgrass’ bond. Staubs possessed a photograph of himself standing in front of a store talking to several law enforcement officers shortly before he went to Snodgrass’ residence to arrest him.

Staubs said all the officers told him he was good to go and he had ‘permission’ from:

• Jeff Hardy, Putnam County Sheriff
• Chris Middleton, Investigator, States Attorneys Office
• John Merchant, Investigator, Putnam County Sheriff’s Office
• Travis Smith, special agent, Florida Department of Law Enforcement 

When Timothy Holmseth asked Staubs why he got arrested and charged by the PCSO, if he in fact was supposed to be protected, Staubs said the Arresting Officer on the Snodgrass case, Detective Ken Taylor “went around” Staubs’ guys on the inside – going straight to States Attorney Joseph Boatwright, and got him charged with a felony.

Staubs said his guys on the inside were Sheriff Jeff Hardy and Captain Dominic Piscitello.   

CRIME STOPPERS OF NORTHEAST FLORIDA INFILTRATED BY ORGANIZED CRIME

The public was/is directed to send their tips regarding the missing child HaLeigh Cummings and other cases to Crime Stoppers.

HaLeigh Cummings’s disappearance involved knowledge of individuals that were on the Crime Stoppers Board of Directors and were/are recognized with awards by the organization.

On January 27, 2009, the annual Crime Stoppers meeting was held. On February 10, 2009, HaLeigh Cummings was reported missing from her Satsuma, Florida home. 

In May of 2009, three months after HaLeigh vanished, ‘The Crime Stoppers Observer” newsletter featured HaLeigh’s story and photo along with news from their annual meeting. 

According to Crime Stoppers of Northeast Florida, which is funded by the office of the Florida Attorney General; nominees for ‘Law Enforcement Officer of the Year’ for 2009.

Named on the list was Chris Middleton with the States Attorney office, and John Merchant with the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office.

Chris Middleton was awarded “St. John’s County Officer of the Year – 2009”.

CHRIS MIDDLETON

Middleton was a commonly known person between William Staubs and Bonnie Warner during their conversation that involved discussions of photographs of a missing child that included naked pictures exchanged in a gas-station parking lot after hours - off the record – never turned into law enforcement.

The relationships are particularly interesting considering Staubs was from Broward County, Florida and not even from the area.

William Staubs suggested Chris Middleton was involved in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping per a rescue-mission scenario based upon the pretext that Robbie Middleton, Chris Middelton’s brother, was actually HaLeigh’s father.

Chris Middleton was featured in a photograph in The Observer being made “St. John’s County Officer of the Year – 2009”.

Write Into Action has received other leads involving the Trenton Duckett kidnapping regarding the Middleton’s. 

JOHN MERCHANT

Staubs, REDACTED, and multiple other sources, told Timothy Holmseth that John Merchant, detective, Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, had been formally disciplined after being caught with cocaine in the trunk of his car.

Other sources said Merchant was involved in drug trafficking and kept valuable seized property that was never turned in to evidence.

Staubs told Holmseth that Merchant was being blackmailed in the HaLeigh Cummings case because he was cheating on his wife. 

Staubs told Holmseth that when he turned himself into the PCSO jail for booking on the felony charge, he deliberately placed a computer hard-drive in his vehicle that contained law enforcement Internal Affairs (IA) files so the police would find it.

It seems impossible that John Merchant could be nominated for an ‘Officer of the Year’ award. Yet, Merchant’s name appears in The Observer as if he is potentially an award-winning officer.

BONNIE WARNER

Warner received secret naked photographs of a missing child that was subject to an Amber Alert and did not turn the photographs over to law enforcement. She was an active participant in an underground operation through DCF that made children dissapear.

Warner was on the Crime Stopper Board of Directors in 2013.

An Affidavit from a witness in 2009 implicates the exact same figure(s) that are implicated in the HaLeigh Cummings DCF child porn scandal.

The Affiant, Karen Simmer, says she was asked to contact Florida DCF and lie in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping case.

The Affidavit has been submitted to Federal Judge Donovan W. Frank by Timothy Charles Holmseth in support on a request Holmseth has made for a lawyer from the Federal Pro Se Project.

The Affidavit has also been sent to Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi and FDLE attorney James Martin.

AFFIDAVIT OF KAREN SIMMER

In May 2009, I emailed REDACTED in regards to comments being made about Misty hitting Ronald Junior at a medical clinic. I asked REDACTED what she or Crystal were going to do about it – if anything.

This is how REDACTED got my email address.

REDACTED contacted me again on June 1, 2009 in what REDACTED said was wanting to speak to me in regards to missing children. This turned out to be a lie.

REDACTED wanted to really talk to me about being on her team, because she said that once I got on a subject I wouldn’t let it go.

I called REDACTED and all she talked about was REDACTED bid for custody of Ronald Junior. REDACTED wanted me to call DCF and lie about Ron and Misty. REDACTED told me to tell DCF Annette Pitts that I was a resident of Florida and that I knew Ron and Misty personally and that I knew of Ron and Misty’s drug use and abuse of children. 

REDACTED sent me several emails of persons to contact at DCFS.

I did in fact call Annette Pitts and let her know that REDACTED was going on blog sites asking bloggers to call in false claims against Ron. I told Annette that REDACTED wanted me to lie and say I was a resident of Florida and that I personally knew Ron and Misty, and knew of them abusing drugs and abusing the children.

On June 3, 2009 at 1:15 P.M. I called REDACTED about making up t-shirts, bracelets, and fliers for HaLeigh Cummings. REDACTED said listen “HaLeigh isn’t in Satsuma and I’ll bet wherever she is she is healthy, well fed, and growing”.

I was speechless, sick to me stomach, and in shock.

I thought my God REDACTED knows where HaLeigh is. Why would REDACTED make a statement like that unless she has either seen HaLeigh or know[s] for a fact.

I hung up with REDACTED. My jaw still on the floor and thought oh no what do I do.

I called FDLE for missing children and spoke to a woman by the name of Debbie. I called DCF and spoke to Annette Pitts. I proceeded to call Greg Kimball, America’s Most Wanted, Satsuma Sheriff Dept., Florida BAR Association, U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Attorney’s Office, FBI, and the Opa Locka Police. Anyone I thought could help.

Also, on June 1, 2009 in my phone conversation with REDACTED, REDACTED told me of the relationship she had with Peggy Cone and the PCSD. REDACTED said her and Peggy were like sisters.

REDACTED proceeded to tell me how Peggy was giving her information about the case concerning HaLeigh Cummings.

Here are the things REDACTED said Peggy was giving her.

Pictures of what the trailer looked like the night HaLeigh went missing.

Copies of the DNA test that were taken from the hole in the wall with blood which turned out to be Ronald’s.

Peggy told REDACTED that there was a drug dealer that was under surveillance and showed REDACTED a video of such house under surveillance that showed Ron going in and out of said house.

REDACTED asked Peggy why they were not arresting Ron for drug activity, and Peggy said that when they charge someone with a crime, they want them charges to stick like molasses, so there wasn’t no way for them to get out them.

REDACTED said Peggy was giving her this info to use against Ron REDACTED for custody of Ronald Junior.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) has received audio evidence that secret naked pictures of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings were passed through an underground network that include a social worker for the Department of Children and Families (DCF).

The evidence was submitted to FDLE attorney James Martin.

HaLeigh Cummings, who has been missing since February of 2009, is a relative of Lonzie Barton, a toddler that disappeared in Jacksonville on July 23, 2015.

Write Into Action will soon be releasing evidence that is going to show that Crimestoppers of Northeast Florida has been infiltrated by organized drug and human traffickers - naming names.

Evidence recently submitted to the FDLE exposes a criminal Satanic network and extortion team believed to be involved in the disappearances of many missing children including Caylee Anthony, HaLeigh Cummings, Trenton Duckett, Dylan Redwine, Kyron Horman, Ayla Reynolds, Lisa Irwin, and others.

Attorney Martin received much of the same information received by Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi on September 2, 2015.

The evidence includes professionally produced videos targeted squarely at Timothy Holmseth, his children, his unborn grandchild, demanding he remove all his websites.

One video threat, submitted to AG Bondi, was sent to a woman/grandmother from Colonial Beach, Virginia for 'supporting' Timothy Holmseth. The Satanic cult regularly contacts the Virginia grandmother online and encourages her to commit suicide.

The FDLE knows the identity of the members of this cult, which includes licensed judicial officers and government officials.

There is evidence this group could be involved in the Lonzie Barton kidnapping affiar and witnesses are receiving the same treatment.

There is speculation that the recent dismissal of David Abramowitz, the regional managing director of DCF in Northeast Florida, has been the result of increasing exposure of the trafficking network and its members.

Holmseth is confronting the State of Florida for knowingly allowing organized crime to threaten, harass, intimidate, blackmail, and extort him for several years.

On August 28, 2015, Holmseth said to Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi:

Pam Bondi knows what happened to Lonzie Barton’s relative HaLeigh Cummings; and she knows who did it.

On September 2, 2015, Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi received audio evidence via certified mail that leaves no ambiguity about what has been occurring behind the scenes at Florida Department of Children and Families.

AG Bondi received audio of DCF social worker Bonnie Warner discussing secret naked photographs of the missing child HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings, which Warner received on a CD during an after hours meeting in a gas station parking lot.

On the audio, Warner is heard admitting she received the CD that contained photographs that she could not show to her supervisor. The secret photographs, which were given to Warner by an employee of a South Florida law firm, featured HaLeigh Cummings’ private parts in a sexually assaulted state, yet were never turned over to law enforcement.

The Constitutional rights of HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings are being systematically violated.

If possible, I am requesting the United States District Court act on behalf of HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings.

The State of Florida is concealing the true facts and circumstances surrounding the disappearance of HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings to avoid exposure and prosecution for violations of state and federal laws that include sexual assault, child pornography, and human trafficking.

I possess evidence that the State of Florida knows the positive welfare status (i.e. alive) of HaLeigh Cummings, as well as her actual physical location. 

HaLeigh Ann-Marie Cummings has a right to legal representation.

Audio interviews captured by a journalist with employees and investigators of a South Florida law office discussing secret naked photographs of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings will be heard by Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi.

The audios were submitted to Bondi’s office yesterday by investigative journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth via certified mail.

Holmseth advised Attorney Bondi the State of Florida is violating his constitutional rights on several levels and he will be seeking relief from the United States District Court – District of Minnesota.

The secret naked pictures of HaLeigh, who has been missing since February of 2009, were being channeled through an underground network that included a Florida DCF social worker that was captured on tape by Holmseth talking about a CD she received in a parking lot that contained the photos – photos she said she could not show to her supervisor.

Holmseth made the decision to send the evidence directly to Bondi after a satanic cult of pedophiles that operate a kidnapping ring began publishing videos on You Tube, and then re-publishing the videos on an x-rated cyber stalking website called www.radionewz.net, threatening to kidnap his unborn grandchild if he did not remove all his websites from the internet.

The website used to threaten Holmseth and his children is directly linked to the very distributor of the secret naked photographs of HaLeigh Cummings; a fact Holmseth has proven to Florida law enforcement with a legal document.

The video threats are included with the submission to Bondi’s office, which was also sent to FDLE attorney James Martin.

On August 17, Holmseth reported Thomas Norman Olsen, 23, Milton, Florida to the Office of States Attorney, Florida’s 1st Judicial Circuit for violating the terms and conditions of a special ‘Deferred Prosecution’ deal he received regarding three felonies he is charged with – including theft of a firearm.

Holmseth emailed evidence to States Attorneys Jason English and William Eddins showing Olsen was involved in something illegal online that involved Holmseth and his pregnant daughter.

William Wheeler, criminal investigations division, Office of the States Attorney, Florida 1st Circuit, contacted Holmseth and acknowledged receipt of Holmseth’s report.

Holmseth advised the State of Florida he believes the constitutional rights of HaLeigh Ann-Maries Cummings are also being violated; an issue he is going to address with Federal Judge Donovan W. Frank.

Timothy Charles Holmseth, investigative journalist, East Grand Forks, Minnesota, has submitted a Notice of Intent to file for federal injunctive relief against the State of Florida.

The notice was submitted to William Eddins, the chief prosecuting attorney of Florida’s 1st Circuit, today.

Holmseth decided to begin the legal process after a satanic cult involved in serial kidnappings across the country published videos and threats to kidnap his unborn grandchild.

The satanic cult, which calls itself 'ANONYMOUS' in videos it uploads to You Tube, has issued demands that Holmseth remove all of his websites from the internet.

Holmseth was interviewed by the FBI in 2010 regarding interviews he conducted with key figures in the HaLeigh Cummings kidnapping.

Holmseth asserts Eddins' and States Attorney Jason English, know exactly who is producing the vidoes and making the threats, but have refused to make it stop because they are being blackmailed by members of organized crime.

Holmseth captured key figures in the kidnapping ring on tape discussing a CD that contained naked photographs of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings. The kidnapping ring included government officials that were agents of Florida DCF, law enforcement, states attorney offices, licensed law offices, and other government entities.

Evidence indicates the cult is kidnapping and murdering children across the United States. One recent case the cult is involved in is the murder of Dylan Redwine, Colorado.

Holmseth further believes his Constitutional rights are under attack by the State of Florida because be uncovered a criminal enterprise comprised of government officials exposed in a series of article he published regarding a government-targeted boy named Alec Thomas Hash.  

In November of 2014, Holmseth published an article entitled “Source: FDLE agents falsely arrested Georgia doctor to protect criminal enterprise - Florida law enforcement and mercenary types running ‘black ops’ against witnesses and children”

In the article, Holmseth revealed he possessed evidence from a Tallahassee pill mill that showed employees from the following agencies illegally obtained pills at the facility:

Holmseth will be providing all the evidence to the federal court in support of his request for injunctive relief.

Based upon the aforementioned facts and circumstances:

The Office of the States Attorney, 1st Florida Judicial Circuit (hereby referred to as State of Florida), has an abundance of evidence that shows investigative journalist Timothy Charles Holmseth legally obtained evidence that child pornography of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings was created,  and subsequently distributed, by REDACTED, REDACTED, Florida.

The State of Florida possesses that evidence.

The State of Florida has an abundance of evidence and information that show government officials, law enforcement, government agents, and legal licensees, are entirely aware of the aforementioned state and federal crimes. 

The State of Florida has a legal and ethical obligation under all applicable rules, laws, and ethical standards, to investigate and prosecute the aforementioned crimes to the fullest extent of the law.

I am formally requesting the State of Florida take legal action against REDACTED, as well as any other co-conspirators that have committed violations of the law against me as described herein.

FEDERAL RELIEF

Facts, circumstances, and evidence clearly show that I am a perpetual crime victim; the State of Florida knows the crimes are occurring; and the State of Florida knows the identity of the perpetrators.

Facts, circumstances, and evidence indicate this involves interstate racketeering and conspiracy crimes and I am a racketeering (RICO) victim.

It is incumbent upon the State of Florida to immediately move in accordance with enforcement of its own prescribed laws regarding crimes occurring within its jurisdiction.

Facts, circumstances, and evidence indicate the State of Florida is violating the Constitutional rights and protections of Timothy Charles Holmseth.

YOU ARE HEREBY ADVISED: If the State of Florida does not IMMEDIATELY act in accordance with State law and Constitutional law, I, Timothy Charles Holmseth, will petition the United States District Court – District of Minnesota; humbly request the Court refer me to Federal Pro Se Project for an attorney; and proceed with a request for all available relief against the State of Florida.
